Yoga & Golf

A NEW Yoga and Golf Event. Come loosen up with the Yoga Plant, practice yoga outside overlooking Lake Wissota with enhancements for golf mobility combined with a Golf Instruction Session led by Golf Pro, Kelly Kretz.  Wrap the day up with a Mimosa or yummy Mocktail on our patio! 

ALL abilities are welcome for both Yoga and Golf!

Food Truck Sunday follows the event with our featured Food Truck, Rex-Mex who is serving up their Mexican food starting at 11.

Our time on the yoga mat will both unwind your body and mind, as well as invigorate you with improved blood flow and mental focus! We will work to open up and release tension in areas of the body that are crucial in your golf game.  You will learn how to maximize your golf game by lengthening and strengthening your shoulders, wrists, chest, back, hips and more! The pursuit of a powerful swing places muscles and joints at risk of injury, with yoga being a key player in injury prevention and healing with the added bonus of agility and increased range of motion. We will practice a series of yoga poses, all broken down and explained so you can use them as a warm-up, cool-down or anytime at all for their wonderful benefits! Each attendee will receive a special gift of a voucher for an in-studio yoga class at The Yoga Plant.

Ticket includes: Yoga Session, Golf Instruction and 1 Mimosa

Please wear clothing that you can MOVE in, bring a mat for yoga, we will have some available if you do not have one.  Bring your own clubs, we have some rentals available if needed!  

A minimum of 20 participants required for the event to occur, we reserve the right to cancel this event if minimum is not met.
