The future of Lake Wissota Golf & Events is incredibly exciting, and our vision has never been clearer. Our mission is to build a vibrant Lake Wissota Golf & Events community while establishing Lake Wissota Golf & Events as the premier destination for golf, weddings, and special events throughout the Chippewa Valley and Northern Wisconsin.
This vision has inspired the next chapter of our growth through the Lake Wissota Golf & Events Future Development project.
Phase One of the development will feature luxury condominium residences designed to complement the beauty and lifestyle of Lake Wissota Golf & Events.
Phase Two will be shaped by the needs and interests of our community, allowing us to thoughtfully expand in ways that enhance the overall experience for members, residents, and guests.
We anticipate breaking ground in 2027, with construction completed and condominium units ready for occupancy in the spring of 2028.
