Chilled Apple Ginger Soup 

Paired with The Prisoner Chardonnay

 

Grilled Alaskan Halibut with a Lemon Basil Vinaigrette served over Sliced New Potato Salad and Patty Pan Squash

Paired with The Prisoner Blindfold White

 

Microgreen and Baby Spinach Salad served in a Sharp Cheddar Shell and garnished with Grilled Melon and Smoked Cherry Vinaigrette

Paired with The Prisoner Pinot Noir

 

Blood Orange Sorbet

 

Korean Grilled Teres Major sliced and served over Sautéed Trumpet Mushrooms paired with Grilled Vegetable Stuffed Rainbow Trout Filet. Accompanied by Truffled Mashed Potatoes and Baby Carrots

White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Ice Cream served atop Nutella Crepes and and surrounded by Fried Berry Beignets
