Dinner on the Deck

Join us for a four course dinner, prepared by Chef Russ, overlooking beautiful Lake Wissota on our wrap around deck.  All guests will be outside and distanced tables per reservations.  To ensure safety and quality, we are limiting the amount of tickets, so don’t miss your chance for this one of a kind dinner opportunity! 

MENU

• Seared maple glazed duck breast served atop wild rice pancake with sour cream and sun-dried cherry relish
• Arugula salad with grilled Maui onion, roasted beets, toasted pine nuts and locally produced goat cheese. Drizzled with white balsamic dressing
• Slow roasted beef short rib with portobellos paired with sautéed jumbo prawns horseradish whipped potatoes and poached baby carrots
• Chocolate caramel melting cake with fresh whipped cream and espresso gelato

Tickets: $60 per person

4 course meal and 1 glass of wine, gratuity not included
