Now featuring a Chef’s Dinner on beautiful Lake Wissota. Our team will create a unique dining experience you as you listen to the water splashing on the shore and watch the sunset while enjoying a 4 course meal with your personal server.
Offered Wednesdays at 7pm for one reservation per week. Reservations accepted up to 2 weeks in advance*, reservations are accepted by phone call only with our Event Coordinator.

Local charcuterie plate with toasted breads and crackers
CHOICE OF SALAD
Belgian endive salad with goat cheese quinelles, sliced figs, and candies pecans drizzled with port wine reduction
Baby romaine bundles, sliced heirloom tomatoes, shaved Parmesan cheese, French bread croutons and roasted garlic dressing
Micro greens salad served in English cucumber cups with poppyseed dressing and fresh fruit
ENTREES
Marinated and seared sirloin steak with sautéed portobello mushrooms paired with a cold water lobster tail,
horseradish whipped potatoes and grilled vegetable
Slow roasted beef short rib with mushroom demiglaze paired with grilled wild salmon filet with garlic and herb butter. Accompanied by poached carrots and loaded Yukon gold mashed potatoes
Bacon wrapped petite filet mignon paired with a grilled sea scallops and shrimp skewer. Accompanied by risotto and grilled asparagus.
