Exclusive Wednesday on the Water experience:

Now featuring a Chef’s Dinner on beautiful Lake Wissota.  Our team will create a unique dining experience you as you listen to the water splashing on the shore and watch the sunset while enjoying a 4 course meal with your personal server.  

 

Offered Wednesdays at 6 or 7pm for one reservation per week.  Reservations accepted up to 2 weeks in advance*, reservations are accepted by phone call only with our Event Coordinator.

Local charcuterie plate with toasted breads and crackers

CHOICE OF SALAD

Organic mixed greens salad with grilled tomato slices, fresh mozzarella cheese, Kalamata olives and cherry peppers

 

Baby romaine ceasar salads served on sliced focaccia 

 

Melon tower with microgreens and strawberry poppyseed dressing

ENTREES

Grilled teres major sliced and served with sherried portobello mushrooms, shrimp scampi, roasted red potatoes and fresh asparagus

 

Seared pork porterhouse steak served on a bed of wilted spinach and accompanied by Cajun spiced walleye, patty pan squash and spicy potato salad.

 

Bacon wrapped petite filet and Salmon Oscar served with grilled vegetables and wild rice pilaf.
